Grindrod Limited effective 26 November 2014. Mike was appointed to the board on 19 August
1986 and was the Chairman of the audit committee and member of the Remuneration and
Nomination committee. He is also a non-executive director of Grindrod Bank Limited. Mike
has provided invaluable service and leadership to the Grindrod Group and his contributions
are greatly appreciated.
