APPROVAL OF SECONDARY LISTING
Shareholders are advised that the Namibian Stock Exchange (“NSX”) approved the secondary listing of Mediclinic on the NSX with
effect from Tuesday, 2 December 2014 under share code “MCI”. The Company’s primary listing remains on the JSE.
RATIONALE FOR SECONDARY NSX LISTING
Mediclinic believes that the NSX listing will enhance the ability of Namibian investors to invest in Mediclinic shares thereby
broadening the Company’s shareholder base; and also assist in building relationships with its Namibian stakeholders.
