REVISED SALIENT DATES REGARDING THE COMPANY’S CHANGE OF NAME TO
MORVEST GROUP LIMITED
Morvest shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the Notice of Annual General Meeting
included in the 2014 Integrated Report (“the Notice”) mailed to shareholders posted to
Shareholders on 21 October 2014 which set out the salient dates for the proposed change
of name from Morvest Business Group Limited to Morvest Group Limited.
The dates provided in the Notice were subject to Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission (“CIPC”) registration being received by 3 December 2014, which registration
has not yet been obtained. Accordingly, the dates referred to in the Announcement are no
longer applicable.
Shareholders will be advised of the revised salient dates relating to the change of name
once CIPC registration has been received.
