Redefine noteholders are hereby advised of the increase in the size of Redefine’s Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme dated 29 August 2011 (the “programme”) from ZAR5 000 000 000 to ZAR10 000 000 000,
pursuant to clause 17 of the programme, with effect from 2 December 2014.
