RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
Chemspec wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr
Neil Anthony Page, as a non-executive director of Chemspec with
effect from 04 December 2014.
The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their thanks to
Mr Page for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the
last7 Years.
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on
24 October 2014, and advised that the interim results for the
six months ended 30 September 2014 are expected to be released
by the end of December 2014.
