CHANGE OF SECTOR CLASSIFICATION
Following a request by the Company for a FTSE/JSE sector classification review, Iliad shareholders
are advised that the Company will be reclassified from (2797) Industrial Suppliers to (5370) General
Retailers, sub-sector (5375) Home Improvement Retailers, effective at the start of business on
Monday, 22 December 2014.
It is the Group’s view that, given recent strategic portfolio adjustments and decisions related to its
future strategic focus, the Home Improvement Retailers classification is more appropriate to, and
descriptive of, the Company’s operations.
