Shareholders are hereby advised that subsequent to Basil Read identifying
certain assets as non-core, Basil Read Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Basil Read Holdings Limited, has been approached by third parties and
have subsequently entered into early stage discussions for the potential
disposal of certain of the non-core assets, which if successfully concluded
may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
