Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 10
December 2014, regarding an allocation of awards in terms
of the DAWN Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and the
DAWN Deferred Bonus Plan (“DBP”) on 8 December 2014. The
number of awards allocated to GD Kotzee are hereby
corrected as follows:
