NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
BCX shareholders are advised that the integrated report which
includes the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 August 2014 will be distributed to shareholders
today, 12 December 2014 and contain no changes to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 18 November 2014. The
integrated report is available on the BCX website (www.bcx.co.za).
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
It is also herby confirmed that the eleventh annual general
meeting of shareholders will be held at the Fundi Auditorium,
Business Connexion Park North, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark,
Midrand on 22 January 2015 at 11:00 to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
integrated report.
