CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Paul Nucci has resigned as independent non-
executive director with effect from 31 December 2014.
The Board thanks Paul for his valuable contribution to the Company over the past 10 years and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
The Company is in the process of finding a suitable replacement to sit on the board and various committees
including the audit & risk committee. Shareholders will be advised thereof in due course.
