POSTPONEMENT OF SALIENT DATES
Shareholders are advised that the salient dates for the change in name of the
Company will be postponed as it is anticipated that the closing of the acquisition
and private placement will occur in January 2015. Accordingly, new salient dates
will be announced in due course.
Shareholders are also advised that the name will be changed to VoiceTrust
Biometrics Inc. under share code VOI as opposed to Biometric Identity Solutions Inc.
and BII as was previously announced.
