APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, HAHL is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Mitesh M Patel to the board of directors as an independent
non-executive director, with effect from 15 December 2014.
Mr. Patel, a chartered accountant, serves on various other Boards
as a Non-Executive Director and audit committee chairperson. We
welcome Mr Patel and look forward to his value add as a board
member.
