Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 4 November
2014 relating to a specific issue of shares for cash to a
black economic empowerment (“BEE”) consortium.
Shareholders are hereby advised that special resolution 1
relating to the increase in the Company’s authorised share
capital has been lodged and registered by the CIPC and that
1 000 000 000 ordinary NUT shares will be issued at a price of
R0.01 per share to the BEE consortium today, 19 December 2014.
