Carbon credit note holders (“Holders”) are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
17 December 2014 and are advised that the realised price of each Certified Emission Reduction (“CER”) is
the spot offer price of 3 Euro cents per CER as reported on market at 11h30am UK time and a mid-market
spot exchange rate of EUR1.00: ZAR14.2176 at 13h30 SA time on 19 December 2014. The carbon credit
cash equivalent amount payable in respect of each carbon credit note is 42.65280 ZAR cents.
The salient dates and times as announced on 17 December 2014 remain unchanged.
