Resignation of a director and appointment of a new director
In terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Ms Irene Vermaak has resigned as Non-executive Director of Awethu with
effect from 20 October 2014. The board would like to thank Irene for her many years of
loyal service to the company and wish her all the best in her career going forward in
Australia.
Mr Jose’ Caldeira has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director with
effect from 23rd December 2014. We welcome Jose’ on to the board and look forward
to his many ideas and input as an experienced liquor industry trader.
