As at 31 December 2014, the Company’s capital consists of 836,236,407 Ordinary Shares
of 25 pence each. The Company holds no shares in treasury and the total number of
voting rights is 836,236,407.
The above figure (836,236,407) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
