RESIGNATION OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms
Shireen Lutchan has resigned as Group Company Secretary with
effect from 2 January 2015.
The Board is considering the services of a new outsourced
secretarial service provider and expects to announce the details
thereof shortly.
The Company wishes Ms Lutchan well in her future endeavors and
also thanks her for her valuable contribution during her tenure
with Jasco.
