Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in the Company are
advised that Regarding Capital Management (Pty) Ltd has notified
the Company that it, on behalf of its clients, disposed of
ordinary shares in the Company such that the accounts under its
management now represent a beneficial interest of 12.7921% in the
ordinary shares of the Company.
