CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Afrox shareholders are hereby advised of the resignation of Mr Brett Kimber as the Managing Director
of the Company, effective 12 January 2015. Mr Kimber has decided to leave the Company to pursue
other career opportunities.
A recruitment process to seek a suitable replacement has been commissioned and further
announcements will follow in due course.
Afrox Chairman, Mr Mike Huggon, will assume transitional responsibility for the executive
management of the Company until a successor is identified.
