DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 December 2014. The distribution of 11.97000 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 8.77000 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 1.31550 cents
Resultant net dividend 7.45450 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 3.13000 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.46950 cents
Resultant net dividend 2.66050 cents
Interest 0.07000 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
24 December 2014 and will be paid on 16 January 2015.
