LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS MAPPS GROWTH EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) NewFunds MAPPS Growth
Exchange Traded Fund (“MAPPSG ETF”) participatory interests, NewFunds has, from
commencement of business today, issued an additional 300,000 MAPPS Growth ETFs at a
price of R17.77 per unit, which will be listed on the JSE Limited.
After the listing of the additional 300,000 MAPPS Growth ETFs, there will be 1,706,698
participatory interests in issue.
