directors of Liberty Holdings Limited are pleased to announce that Jacko
Maree has been appointed as a non-executive director and non-executive
chairman of Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited, effective
Monday 19 January 2015. As Mr Maree is not independent, Mr Angus Band will
continue as lead independent director.
Mr Maree was previously the chief executive of Standard Bank Group Limited
and in the past has served as a non-executive director on the Liberty
Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited Boards.
