TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Arrowhead has received
notification from:
- Investec Fund Managers SA (RF) (Pty) Ltd (“Investec Fund Managers SA”) of the disposal by Investec
Fund Managers SA of that number of B-linked units in Arrowhead, such that Investec Fund Managers SA’s
total beneficial interest has decreased from 5.02% to 4.99% of Arrowhead’s issued B-linked units; and
- Investec Limited (“Investec”) of the disposal by Investec of that number of B-linked units in Arrowhead,
such that Investec’s total beneficial interest has decreased from 15.53% to 14.01% of Arrowhead’s issued
B-linked units.
