WITHDRAWAL OF NOMINATION
Shareholders are referred to ordinary resolution number 3 of the Notice of
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 19 December 2014 and are advised that
Mr Innocent Dutiro has withdrawn his consent to be nominated as a non-
executive director to the board of the Company. Accordingly, his name will
not be put forward for election at the AGM.
