DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2014
- UPDATE
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 19 January 2015 holders of dbx Euro 50 securities
are advised that the net distribution payable on or about Tuesday, 27 January 2015 will be a
minimum amount of ZAR 0.08615 per dbx Euro 50 security. This is based on the ZAR/EUR exchange
rate prevailing on Wednesday, 21 January 2015 of 13.43587.
The net ZAR distribution amount of ZAR 0.08615 per dbx Euro 50 security is calculated as follows:
- Gross foreign dividends of ZAR 0.32641 (three two point six four one cents);
- Less: Foreign Withholding tax of ZAR 0.08618 (eight point six one eight cents);
- Less: Interest of ZAR 0.00002 (zero point zero zero two cents);
- Less: Management fee of ZAR 0.17881 (one seven point eight eight one cents).
- Plus: Other income of ZAR 0.02475 (two point four seven five cents)
All income derived is foreign in nature.
This amount will be adjusted upwards for larger investors who are liable for less than the 0.75%
management fee (on the basis set out in the Second Supplement to the Offering Circular and Pre-
Listing Statement on 19 September 2005 and as per the SENS announcement released on 3 July
2013).
The aggregate amount payable to each investor will be rounded down to the nearest cent. The
balance (if any) will be retained and paid out in the following distribution period.
