NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Acucap shareholders are advised that the Company
has received notification from Catalyst Fund Managers SA (Pty) Ltd (“Catalyst Managers”) that Catalyst
Managers (on behalf of its clients) has increased its beneficial interest in Acucap (“the Acquisition”).
Following the Acquisition, Catalyst Managers (on behalf of its clients) now holds 5.06% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
