JPMorgan Chase and Co through its subsidiaries (collectively “JP
Morgan”) has increased their beneficial interest in the securities
of the Company, such that the total interest in securities of the
Company held collectively by JP Morgan amounts to 5.12% of the
total number of securities in issue.
