RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 13 October 2014, 25 November 2014 and
11 December 2014 respectively, shareholders are advised that as part of the strategic review process
to unlock value for the Company’s shareholders (“the Process”) the Board of Directors is in the
process of reviewing the non-binding indicative offers (“the Offers”) received to acquire either
certain of the Companies assets or the Company. The Company shall therefore continue with the
Process which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the Company's
securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a further announcement is made.
