UNITS OF HOSPITALITY PROPERTY FUND LIMITED
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, 2008,
unitholders are advised that Peregrine Equities
(Proprietary) Limited notified the Company on 26 January
2015 that it had increased its holding in Hospitality
from 6,01% (which HPB’s were acquired on 21 January 2015)
to 10,65% of the voting rights of the B-linked units in
issue on 26 January 2015.
