CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Metmar shareholders are advised that due to health reasons, Greg Lotis has decided to go on
early retirement and as a result will also resign as an executive director of the Board of Directors
(“Board”) effective from 28 February 2015.
The Board and the management of Metmar would like to thank Greg for his valued contribution
during his tenure at Metmar and as a member of the Board.
