RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Wilbert Mhlanga has resigned as Company
Secretary with effect from 31 January 2015.
The Company wishes Mr Mhlanga well in his future endeavours and also thanks him
for his contribution during his tenure with AfroCentric.
A further announcement will be issued to shareholders, in due course, regarding the
appointment of a new Company Secretary.
