shareholders on 31 October 2014, (“OLG Abaholi”), an associate of the directors named below, which specific issue
was approved at a general meeting of shareholders held on 28 November 2014.
The subscription for shares is subject to certain performance conditions which performance conditions are linked to
growth in earnings in OneLogix over a period of five years from the date of issue of the shares, as detailed in the
circular.
