TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITIONS OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that OneLogix
has received notification from:-
- Kagiso Capital Proprietary Limited (“Kagiso Capital”) of the acquisition by Kagiso Capital of
OneLogix shares such that Kagiso Capital’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 10%
of the total issued ordinary shares; and
- OLG Esizayo Proprietary Limited (“OLG Esizayo”) of the acquisition by OLG Esizayo of
OneLogix shares such that OLG Esizayo’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 9.01%
of the total issued ordinary shares.
