CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Clayton
Angus, the Company’s Financial Director has resigned from
the Company with effect from 2 March 2015.
The board of directors would like to thank Clayton for
his loyalty and contribution to the Company during the
turn-around phase and wish him well in his future
endeavours.
Mr Rob Etchells has been appointed as Financial Director
effective 3 March 2015. He holds a BCompt as well as a
BCompt Honours degree with a Certificate in the Theory of
Accounting and served his articles with Deloitte Haskins
and Sells. Rob previously served as the Chief Executive
Officer of the Company from 30 November 2012 to 31
December 2014 standing down to become the Chief Operating
Officer after overseeing the successful conclusion of a
BEE transaction as part of the Company’s turn-around
strategy and the appointment of Mr Thabo Mogkathla as
CEO.
In addition to fulfilling the role of Financial Director,
Mr Etchells will continue to serve as the Chief Operating
Officer of the company.
