Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the JSE Stock Exchange News Services
(“SENS”) on 15 December 2014, whereby shareholders were advised that Ukhamba will dispose of its
32.25% shareholding in the ordinary shares of DAWN.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution in the trading of their securities in Dawn until such time
as the Company provides the financial effects of the repurchase.
