RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Following the AGM of Redefine International yesterday, and as set out in the annual report, Richard Melhuish has
now retired from the Board.
The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank him for the contribution he has made to the business since
his appointment in 2007 and wish him well for the future.
As also disclosed in the Annual Report, the Nominations Committee is currently in the process of selecting two new
independent Non-executive Directors and an announcement will be made in due course.
