Notice of changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notice is hereby
given that Messrs Keith Harris and Kareem Ashraff have been appointed to the board of directors
of SACMH with immediate effect to fill vacancies on the board.
Mr Harris has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Harris has a strong local and
international strategic managerial background with companies such as the Nissan Motor
Company, Metro Cash & Carry and OTI Mozambique.
Mr Ashraff, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. He
is well known throughout the Kingdom of Swaziland, has been awarded by the King as Officer of
ESwatini, the highest award given to a citizen of Swaziland, is the chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Ashgroup in Swaziland.
The board of SACMH welcomes both Messrs Harris and Ashraff to the board and look forward to
a long and valued working relationship and the valuable contributions which they will make to the
company.
