APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr. Kevin Hedderwick has been
appointed to the board of directors of Holdsport ("Board") as an independent
non-executive director with effect of 1 March 2015.
Mr. Hedderwick is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of Famous Brands
Limited and has extensive and relevant business experience.
The Board looks forward to him making a meaningful contribution.
