NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SPAR SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SPAR shareholders are
advised that the Company has received notification that the Commonwealth Bank of
Australia has disposed of a beneficial interest in SPAR securities (“the Disposal”).
Following the Disposal, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia now hold 4.92% of the
total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
