SABMiller plc was notified on 4 February 2015 that Mr N.T.
Fell, a PDMR, had on 4 February 2015 exercised options to
purchase 62,320 SABMiller ordinary shares, of which 42,520
were at an option price of £19.51 per share and 19,800 were at
an option price of £12.50 per share.
62,320 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold
at a price of £35.467 per share on 4 February 2015 in London.
