UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION OF PARSEC HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 27 October 2014, 3 November 2014, 15
December 2014 and 30 January 2015 regarding the acquisition of Parsec Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
A formal agreement between the parties has been drafted but has not yet been signed as the final
detail is still being negotiated. Shareholders will be notified once an agreement has been signed and
financial information regarding the acquisition is published.
