DISCLOSURE OF AN ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN
TERMS OF SECTION 122
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act No.
71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification
that:
- ConvergeNet Holdings Limited (“CVN”) has increased its
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company
such that CVN’s shareholding in the Company is now 34.50%;
and
- AfrAsia Special Opportunities Fund (“ASOF”) has decreased
its beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company such that ASOF’s shareholding in the Company is
now 0.95%.
The Company has notified the Takeover Regulation Panel as
required.
