BENEFICAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
ADvTECH received a notice on Thursday 5 February 2015 from Public Investment Corporation Limited
(“PIC”) regarding their interest in securities in ADvTECH. ADvTECH shareholders are advised that
PIC, which previously held 4.9471% of its securities, has increased its holding and, in aggregate, now
holds 5.288% of the total issued share capital of ADvTECH.
This notice is issued pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Paragraph
3.83 (b) of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements.
