FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE CONTRACT KITTING DISPOSAL
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 3 February 2015, the
Company is pleased to announce that all the remaining conditions
precedent to the Contract Kitting Disposal, as detailed in the
circular dated 15 December 2014, have been fulfilled. Accordingly,
the Contract Kitting Disposal is now unconditional.
