RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Chemspec wishes to
advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr John Gifford Jones, as independent
non-executive director of Chemspec with effect from 10 February 2015.
The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their thanks to Mr Jones for his
invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 3 and a half years.
