condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014 were submitted to the Bucharest Stock
Exchange (“BVB”) and to the to Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority today, 11 February 2015. These
condensed consolidated financial results are available to the public on request, in printed format, and in electronic
format on the Company’s website: www.nepinvest.com.
The condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014 were released on the Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE, the Regulatory News Service (“RNS”) of the London Stock Exchange
and the BVB today, 11 February 2015.
