DELRAND SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH VOICETRUST ALLOWED TO LAPSE
TORONTO, CANADA/ February 12, 2015 - Delrand Resources Limited (Delrand) (TSX:
DRN; JSE: DRN) announces that by mutual agreement, Delrand and VoiceTrust
Holding BV have elected not to proceed with their previously announced
transaction whereby Delrand was to have acquired all of the outstanding shares of
VoiceTrust Holding Inc. Accordingly, they have terminated the share exchange
agreement dated September 15, 2014.
Delrand will continue to explore for opportunities in the resources and other fields.
