CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS
on 18 September 2014 and advise that William (Billy) Neasham,
has been appointed as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer with
effect from 13 February 2015.
The Board has initiated the process of identifying and
appointing a Group Financial Director as successor to Billy
and will advise shareholders in due course.
Billy will retain his responsibilities as acting Group
Financial Director until a successor has been appointed.
Shareholders are also advised of the resignation of Jacob
Modise as a non-executive director of the Board following his
appointment as Chairman of NERSA, with effect from 12 February
2015.
