TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Vukile has
received notification from Old Mutual Investment Group Proprietary Limited (“Old Mutual”) of the
acquisition by Old Mutual of Vukile linked units, such that Old Mutual’s total beneficial interest in the
company is now 5.26% of Vukile’s issued linked units.
