DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GFI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GOLD FIELDS LTD and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to GOLD FIELDS LTD (GFI) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 20 cents per GFINIK share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 09 March 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were
utilized. This results in a net dividend of 17 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be
rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 27 February 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 02 March 2015. The record date will be Friday, 06 March 2015.
GOLD FIELDS LTD's income tax number is 1968/004880/06.
